Nathaniel Haile started in the construction business at an early age working with his grandfather on their family farm outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania during the summers growing up. He proceeded to take his educational experience to Virginia Tech where he received a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture in 2001. During his time at Virginia Tech he acquired his class A contractors license, became NCMA and ICPI certified along with incorporating his first company, HLD, Inc. (Haile Landscape Design, Inc.) Today, the company is known as Next Level Builders, Inc., offering services in general contracting on a residential level from design to construction of all aspects of a home, both inside and out.
We can provide end-to-end ground up construction for our clients.
We can provide structural improvements to spaces that are no longer meeting the functionality needs of the client.
Individual room upgrades such as kitchens and baths.
Create amazing outdoor and backyard spaces for family and friends to enjoy for generations.
Next Level Builders did an incredible job building a stone slab stairway on a sloped section of our yard. This gave us access from the lower-level driveway to the front yard without having to walk around the house, and it created a natural area for landscaping on each side.

We needed more outdoor space for entertaining and while we had a vague idea of what we wanted; Nathaniel presented a plan that fit our lifestyle perfectly. Now with a larger paver patio, added lighting and a unique sports court, we have thoroughly enjoyed having parties in our backyard.

We worked with Nathaniel and his team on our back patio renovation and were really pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and above all the end result! We find ourselves using the updated space almost year-round and are very thankful to have worked with him.
